Anyway now I understand why the default Civ3 didn't include Mongols separately.
In fact they were in as Russians.
But serious: Russia isn't in Asia (just partly). The cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Sevastopol, Minsk etc. you know from the game are all IN Europe. Russians conquered Syberia and the other asian lands only in the industrial age (no, not 340 AD, it was in the real world
)
BTW, my country, Hungary is a major superpower like Uruguay, so i demand to include it in the poll!

Russia is still European. it's not like anybody in the Russian-Russian part gives a damn about siberia and the far east, and it's not like anybody there really gives a damn about Moscow.
