Ah, I wasn't sure. The mod page didn't mention it(removal of Radio, moving Radar to Advanced Flight) - or at least, I missed it. It's probably in the mod's readme.

alexman, I sent you a PM too but in case you see this first, could we use your excellent introduction from the Conquests forum to submit as a news article and a thread in various other forums (strategy, general, and the democracy games mainly)?
If so I'll get to that tonight, otherwise I'll try and write one of my own.
