    I think there is a patch and they claimed that it was fixed. Have you installed any patches?

      I dunno… last time I downloaded a patch for Civ2 was years ago (the 2.42 patch). I hadn't heard anything past that. The zip has 2032 save, 2033 save, and the picture. d/l and load 2032 to play it on your version; see if you get the same result.

        Well - seeing is believing - a capital can be bribed by the AI!!!
        Now make it happen before 2020 or whatever date the game normally ends ...
