I have linked this thread to a post I made in Civ3-General. I have always had alot of respect for your brilliant analytical minds and I hope you will join me in Civ3-Strategy at the appropriate time.

Markusf, I now have MGE, so I downloaded your testb.sav to see the large trade route, and what I got was a file less than 5KB in size that won't load as a game and won't unzip. Tried it twice and got the same result. I would really like to see a trade route several times as big as any I have ever gotten. What am I doing wrong?
