Starters

Everyone except Hydey gets an antipasto selection. Hydey gets Fried Calamari.

Mains

Herbed Rack of Lamb with a Potato Boulangère and a Shiraz Jus

Deity, Horse, finbar

Snapper Roasted with a Sherry Glaze with Roasted Capsicum and Eggplant

Mrs Deity, Mrs Horse

Chargrilled Marinated Organic Chicken Cutlets with Scented Spinach and Roasted Pine Nuts

Mrs Hydey, Hydey*

*Hydey will get chippies only if he agrees to eat his spinach.

Mrs finbar is yet to make her mains selection.

Dessert

Not sure yet what it's going to be. Possibly Poached Pear with a Grappa Sabayon. Hydey will sit out dessert nursing another glass of wine.

I always welcome an intelligent conversation around the dinner table. Why do you think I invited Mrs Deity, Mrs Horse and Mrs Hydey? Obviously I didn't have to invite Mrs finbar, she comes with the cutlery and crockery.

I would have the icecream but I have been nursing a toothache for the last 9 days and could not stand the pain. Wine on the other hand will ease any pain.
