  • Got a touch of the old flu, eh?
    Imagine you Ozzies get it pretty bad down there in the tropic!
    There's a good episode, Fin: Laddie and Lassie confined to their room, with buckets and a clear path to the bathroom...a laugh riot!

    Life and death is a grave matter;
    all things pass quickly away.
    Each of you must be completely alert;
    never neglectful, never indulgent.

      No just crook in the guts
      The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits

      Hydey the no-limits man.

        • Sorry, lads, I shan't be around tonight. Off to the theatre. Mrs finbar thought it time I immersed myself in some kulcher.

            Maybe holmes can play too?

            • I will be able to play tonight, but only after 9.45pm EST due to work ( don't expect that to change at short notice again)

                  • Well done, Doctor. I'm pleased to know I can leave this thread in safe hands. And it was good to see Horse working it out. It really is just logic.

                      But please let's not get onto the matter of more than one Governor General. Or more than one Gin and Tonic.

                      • Horse got stuck into me last night after I made peace

                        I was going to be nice to him in this game too!

                        At least he didn't stuff around for 30 mins discussing borders - afterall these agreements aren't worth the paper they're printed on

                        So he very sensibly tried to settle the border militarily...

                        My losses in 2000BC in this fascinating 2x 1x game.

                          I've always known how to do it - the nuns taught me well. I use them but many others are just confused by them.

                            • Yes, I imagine there are at least four little boys who now know the fine art of de-winging insects.

                              So, what did we take in tonight, Finbar? I hope it wasn't something tedious like Mourning Becomes Electra?
