Cifvan had a habit about it. In fact it happened so often I started to reload the safe as Chinese, pressed Ctrl-N, save and load as Russia...

Well, I didn't move the AA-Batteries. In my rules.txt AA-Batteries have a movement of 0, so I couldn't move them. If I change the movement to 1, will it be better?Comment

Yes, if you change it to 1 you can finish their turns with ctrl-N. However you aren't allowed to move them. Change it.
