No, I guess not. When I've finished my turn, I press 'Ctrl' and 'N' with the caps on. Then I release it and save the game normally.

You're hitting ctrl-n while a unit is activated, right? That's a common mistake, otherwise I don't know what's wrong.

I'm sure I did, but that has never worked for me anyway. On a recent turn I did for Case in Leibensraum, I made sure that I'd done it, then checked again after my Italian turn, and half the Red Army was in the wrong place. So I don't know what to say.

If any of his units were moving then that would be a yes.
