Yizoh at the funeral of Sun Tzo

The soul of our beloved general will not go unavenged my citizens. The barbarians from beyond the great mountains will not go unpunished, and we will not rest untill these filth are contained and civilized. And so I ask you my citizens and nobles, who among you will travel this great mountain range to reign havock to these merciless maniacs? Who will help me avenge our beloved general's death? Who has the courage to stand in the face of adversity. Then let us go!

    Junk Captain's log

    Sea Date 12.19.1002

Going where no Chinese has gone before. Vice admiral Rhu Wang has spotted large fish ahead. He says that he has seen this veriety before, but never in so great quantities. We shall investigate further into the nature of these sea faring creatures, and the possiblity of setting up a fishing port to exploit these numbers.

                  New Shanghi Town Meeting

Yes, the rumors of schirmishers on our border are true. However, behind these city walls we have nothing to fear from them. They are only capable of field tactics and no nothing of siege work that we know of. A unit of Cho Ku Nos has gone out and taken half the group on and eradicated them. I repeat, you have nothing to fear.

                  Log of the Morning Rider

                  Sea Date 12.35.1003

We continued sailing south along the coastline to discover a hospitable city site when we came upon a settlement with crude harbor capabilities. We approached and dropped anchor. It seems the people, who loved ships, were extatic about our huge junks, and immediately offered the service of their city to the great Emperor overseas. We garrissoned some marines in the city for they feared that some of their neighbors might not like their taking to our side.

This scenario is good because of how quickly you can get through your turns. This is how pbem should be played.

The Norse sight a major skraeling settlement called Grand Huron. No territorial gains have been made.

P.S. I agreed to a peace treaty from the Irish AI. Is that allowed?

                            Yes and no.
It's considered good form to discuss treaties with the human player before signing them. However, in this case I'm happy to have a peace treaty with you, so it's not a problem

I'll play & post in a few hours
