If I'm thinking of the right character orco had a cloak with a hood and you could only see his eyes.

This is from dungeonmaster from dungeons and dragons.......I thought it was really popular in the US, around the mid-80s.

oh your right, my bad....either way....its damm ugly....and i live in CANADA.....though i was around in the mid eighties
