The Turkish Government has announced that all British cities in the eastern Med. Are with in the Turkish sphere of influence, the Government will tolerate no other power in this area.
Also the Turkish Government would like to extend an offer to the British, We would be willing to take over your cities if your citizens would rather be protected by the Turkish Republic instead of falling to the German yoke.Comment

As the current british government is unreliable, the island of Malta was considered a major threat for the trade between Africa and Italy if in british hands. The italian navy deployed and took the lightly defended fortress...
If the British are willing to sign a peace treaty, the Italian Army will stop its operations right now, as the 2 thorns in the italian side have been removed...
