I told him on AIM, I should have taken the city because I knew he didn't have Lazyciv and for that reason alone, but I forgot that. From now on I'll be very sure to harrass him.

Concerning the cheating debate, does attacking someone for the purpose of screwing up his production consitute cheating?
Though ofcourse there is no way to prove this (and I definatly don't think that's what you did this turn, but you did say you'd do it in the future)

North of Panama in the carribbean sea an American cruiser was sunk by Japanese bombers...
A Japanese bomber has been kamikazed into a brittish battleship in the indian ocean, while the ship was severely damaged (ok 50% ) it is reported to still be operational.
