sounds to me like there is still interest in a league. i think with a responsible core group of players, we can keep the ponces out. in the simpsons, sprigfield residents declare "shinanigans" and the townspeople take the law into their own hands, pummeling the ****disturbers. we could just mutiny against the offending league member and boot them out. thusly the 2/3 of the vote rule. that way there is a comfortable majority agreeing to banish the offending member. You can count me in!!

If there is a new league, which I would be interested in giving a chance, I would like to see it become something other then a ladder system. This is not meant as a cut to Atawa's league, I'm having alot of fum in it. I just don't think your ladder rung has much to do with your relative abilities compared to othersin the ladder.Comment

I like ladders, but for some reason it creates all this garbage that Eyes thrives on. Spartan, Kuja, Eyes, Fell, my good pal Bud, and whoever else will tank any ladder that gets started it seems.
Ladders seem to be the WWF of Civ. While the rest of us are Olympic type wrestling, we stop by every once and a while to laugh at the silly dramas and soap operas in the WWF Civ world.
