How come Hoplites have zero-move? Is that to reflect that they were attached to each poleis?

the millitias are 0 move
Hoplites that you dont invent untill way into the game can move tough...

Once we get them, then you can conquer

It's jsut funny because in the civilopedia, it syas they both have a zero move rate, while in the rules.txt it says they have 2. Anyone know why this is happening?

Use Prince level - it's the only level that the AI dosn't cheat on
