Yes you are - read the threads. The Americans are always brown nosing and back slapping each other whereas Australian ideas of friendship are based on a kind of thinly disguised contempt bred of familiarity.

Listen, I'm from the most Australian part of the US. I'm sure your country has its backwoods and slumholes as well.
Those of us with a grasp of irony and a semblance of taste can't be held responsible for guys like this one.
We have good music, wine, beer, herb and culture here in Oregon. And we are definitely not suck ups...
