Just received a PM from JamesJKirk telling me he saw some of my units moving (I'm sure I did hit CTRL-N but... well, anything is possible with computers... ).

Italian Government Collapses!

Fed up with King Case's repressive Monarchy, the people of Italy have revolted and overthrown the government. Reports sugest that several prominant ministers have been lynched by the furious crowds.

King Safe

La Reppublica has confirmed that King Case fleed Rome just hours before the first riots broke out. It is believed that the King is still in control of the Italian military, and is now attempting to impose martial law across Italy.

Rummors sugest that the King is also considering forming a political party...

French troops marched into Salamanca today, encountering little resistance from the jubilant population. The only major cities remaining in the hands of General AI are now the northern strongholds of Bilbao and Ovideo; experts believe both will fall shortly before the inexorable French advance.
