Hmm, so I don't have to read through 21 pages, can anyone give me a run-down of the alliance system right now? I remember from subbing for Cyrion that Turkey is allied to Britain, but that's it.

I open my turn and what do I find? Corruption disorder and deficits! Somehow I got switched to Republic from a Democracy
So can I go ahead and switch myself back? And how would I do this without having the effects of the deficit force me to sell off improvements at the beginning of the turn?
