Better a long term game with 4 players that lasts for awhile(or completion) than a 7 player game that fizzles out after a couple of sessions (not to say that it will happen, but the chances are just a lot greater)
If all goes well this week, such talk will be swept under the carpet. However if this week turns out with the same result as last, I'll definetly have to persue this idea. And you should too (four player games don't blow if you ask me).
