      You are funny ...
yet, I do not believe in Allah ... not the Muslim Allah. As I am a Protestant myself and as I play the good Roman Catholic King of Italy and the even better Roman Catholic Italy I believe in God.
Should he order an attack on the middle powers then all Italy would rise up to fight God's enemies.
But if this should ever happen ... you wouldn't be the one to inform me of God's will

Yet, why doesn't Palaiologos post anything? I want to know how he will act in the future. Italy's neutral status depends on the will of the German high command to withdraw its troops.
Ceterum censeo that trade units are included!!

You Know what? I think they're dead, I ordered my troops to shoot on every ****ty german corpse they could see, on the head, while the Germans were crying for mercy.

Italy wins WWI? I doubt that Italy ever wins anything. This was the best joke I've ever heard. I don't want to be offensive, since I lived many years there and I really like the lifestyle there but hey the Italians would be the last one I would consultant if I would need allies to fight a war. The truth is the following:

Without the French, the Italians would not even be a country on their own. The Austrians would have smashed them if not France entered the war of 1859. In my opinion a country that isn't even able to become country on their own can hardly be called a nation.

Than up to the part of the WW's:

You can hardly call Italy a winner. They just waited till it would be clear who is winning, and played both factions against each other to get the most out of it, instead of helping their allies, which would have been a honourable movement. And again the Italians where unable to do anything on their own: The lost almost any battle against the Austrians and they would have been totally defeated without the help of their allies. The Italians started countless Isonzo-battles (forgot the exact number but I think around 12 or so) and LOST almost all of them. This is an accomplishment No other country ever come close to this. I think of the Italian policit like this: They jump on one side and look how’s going, well you can always take the other one if things going bad. They really did nothing for their allies, but act like they where the big winners when everything was over and the peace-conference began.

And directly up to the Second part:
Again they waited if the Germans would be able to defeat the French and when it became clear they immediately jumped on their side, I'm 100% sure the Italians would not have hesitated to join the Allied side should the French have defeated the German invasion-force.
And again they changed side, all it took was a small invasion in Sicily and the Italians lost everything and ran away, they where even unable to defend their own country, the Germans must have to do it. In the end, Italy declared war on Germany and joined the Allies, so practically they have "won" both wars

This was a short description of Italian accomplishment in the filed of war. But hey as I said before, I lived many years in Florence and it's really a good place to live. So many bars, discos and nice and happy people you won't find anywhere else. They just aren't good fighters but well you can't be good everywhere you just have to set priorities

              • The average Italian simply doesn't have "warrior stuff" in him.

We kicked their ass in WW2, and they managed to get a hard time from the spear wielding Aethiopians!

In all the Italian man may be a lover, a politician, a scientist but he sure isn't a warrior.

Germany WILL comply with Italian terms.

FiGu can you be more specific about those 7 units killed?

                  • Well, I don't have the ambition nor the time to defend Italy. My intention is to play a game. Now I could discuss with Galvatron about Italy winning both wars or losing both or winning one and losing the other. I am just too wearys right now ... maybe later !

All I say is this. Long live this day, it brought peace to Italy and the possibility to gain via trade.

And amazingly enough the demoralised and colapsing French army managed to defeat the Italians in Marseiles.

                      Pathetic.

                            • Killed waves and waves and waves of Russians

It's a shame how low the Zar must value the live of this soldiers, his own countrymen as he always orders them to storm forward into the fire of the well trained Austrian soldiers.

We're sure the Russians will discover sooner or later the true evil nature of the Zar and will rebel and throw down the Autocrat dictatorship (Commie rev anyone )
