  • Yeah, once you prime the pump you have enough money to buy it up and still make a profit while cashing in on all those beakers. At 800-1000 payoff, you can buy lots of caravans.

      • Yep... but I love how one time, after a few beers... I switched to republic forgetting that the single warrior in the city was attached to it... No shields... bye bye unit

No great loss... but it was still funny.

i always bring a unit from another city, which is shield rich and try to remember NOT to change the home city status on it...

          • The real funny thing is, I did attach the unit without even thinking. It came from a shield rich city, and that was the original idea... just forgot... oopsssss.

              • After "many" beers, the game can get really interesting sometimes.

I'm still surprised that only 16 people have voted... sigh.

                  • It does surprise me... with over 100 people signed up for the MP civ group, I figured we would get a lot more.

A chance for a free post...

Now why would MP players want to hang around in the MP forum?

                        • I've only lost a unit to that once. I guess I pay more attention to it now. BUT I still forget about the possibility to lose a ship in port there. I've probably lost half a dozen ships that way.
