I gave up chess when I discovered bridge - although I would not describe it as 'Strategy' - played Backgammon for years.

I used to play Diplomacy (board game), but have too few opponents for it anymore.
I dabbled in chess, and will soon be teaching checkers to my daughter .
Backgammon requires less strategy, but has always been fun.
I played bridge once, would like to learn it again someday. Cribbage is the card game of our home.The first President of the first Apolyton Democracy Game (CivII, that is)
