  • Wanted: players for new OCC succession games

Now that the 2.42 succession game is finished I'd like to start two new OCC succession games. One for MGE players and one for 2.42 players. If you want to join, please post your email address and whether you want to play MGE, 2.42 or both.

You can also post whether you would prefer a random map or a scenario and any other game settings you would like. If there is enough interest in these games, they will start next weekend.

I'm in for either/both as before - playing from my work address - no preference for settings...

I'm in.Prefer 2.42 but will fill in where needed.

Any type of OCC game is good for me.

      I wouldn't mind trying a 250x20 map.
The only thing that matters to me in a MP game is getting a good ally.Nothing else is as important.......Xin Yu

Just plain old 2.42 for me... Preferably a random map, but I'll play whatever you come up with.

Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
And notifying the next of kin
        Once again...

Paul, you can enlist me for the MGE game.
As I have just finished your scenario variation 1 on the OCC#23 river map (landing on AC in 514 BC ) - make it a no-huts game, please!!

          Edit: e-mail = broeder@bart.nl

You can fill me on either MGE or 2.42 with a slight preference for MGE.
I don’t mind playing either a scenario or a random map.
What I would like is a challenge. For the random : large-gigamap/small continents/archipelago/cold/dry, for example. MGE a bonus with the aggressive AI.

Sign me up for the 2.42 version. The last game was a lot of fun. You can put me anywhere in the order except first.

Julius, I have played 4 turns in the gigamap succession game. The problem is that the turns take so long and I hardly ever seem to have enough time to play a turn. When I have a free 15 minutes I can play a couple of OCC turns, but it's not enough to play even one turn in the gigamap game.

Paul, maybe you should declare that 5 turns is enough and then forward the game to one of those true ICS champions.

So, do we have enough for 2 games?

I made the list starting from the first post throught the last and added names according to the desired game. If you said "either game" you are listed in both. If you don't want to be in both lists, edit your name out. Is this the order that we want?
