Would you play Civ if you knew it was implanted with Satanic messages?

What do you mean if (don't wear a hat) the game is imbedded with satanic (obey ming) messages? Of course there are subliminal (hats are bad) messages being sent to all players at all times in this (scotland should not be independant) addictive game. Why else would we (post at apolyton) be here at all? There is no free will. (buy civ3)Be the bid!

I only know of one thing in Civ2 that really is something when played backwards, and that sure isn't satanic:
Listen to the 'Archangel' sound from the Midgard scenario (FW). When played backwards you'll hear... Well figure it out for yourself
Perhaps they managed to throw out the satanists after the release of Civ2 (and before CiC and FW). Hey... but didn't Sid Meier step out just then?

I think we should get hold of Sid Meir and throw him in a lake. If he floats he's demonic.

oh Bucephalus, could you please stop removing the mics and speakers from where you do! if you don't stop we'll keep on cashing all your probes to good old mars.

The 'divine' sound of the Archangel is "there's no place like home" played backwards.
Oh, and it's not the Midgard, but the Master of Magic scenario.

AH - But if Sid floats, doesn't that mean he's a duck?

Ah, don't be too sure about that, doesn't wood float also?

True, M, so therefore Sid would have to be a wooden duck.
