that's news to me. Somebody, hopefully FiGu can outline a plan with Colwyn. I really need to know things like this since I'm the Marshal and I usually airlift units to the fronts from the rear. I need to know about airports being used

I read it in some thread (don't remember which one) where they said they were going to fly them in from Smolensk. It is the fastest way to get them there.

How is the defence of Stalingrad?
It looked a little thin to me last time I checked.

well, at least there's two kv-1's and one t-34 there, the other units that are defending it are either AA/Aircrafts/infantrys.

But ill send more units there when they are needed.

Koltenkivo has been taken, but the city population is only 2. May I suggest capturing the town, but then retreating to allow the Nazi's to retake and destroy the town. That way you can slaughter troops crossing the pontoon bridge in the open.

I think it would be better to try to hold the city. It acts as a ZoC bottleneck and a sentinal guarding passage into the caucases.

All depends of the number of troops that can be scraped together. If we can get enough troops, I would say try to kep it, but I don't want to risk the defence of Stalingrad just to keep a minor city as Kotelnikovo

I think you should look at your production in Stalingrad and Astrakhan, they are producing KV-1s (takes 2 turns), but they could build a Shturmovik or Katyuska in only 1 turn.

Also, there are two labor brigades east of Stalingrad building industry on a square that isn't in the range of any city. Are you going to found a new city that will use this industry?

And why is Kotelnikvo building waterworks???
