well, this is the second Civ2 DG, the Index (a topped thread trying to imitate the Great Library) is a good place to start learning about the game, although it is sadly becoming more and more out of date in terms of history and the record of who has served in the cabinet. And I see you 've already added the civ2 DG civgroup to your profile, so teh next step is posting your worthless opinion and getting +1 for it as -JRabbit would say

If you want to see a copy of the save you will need to be a minister.

                      well it's about time!

updated the member list, added the "recent" histories, and the november and december cabinets. i've got to think about how i'm going to add the precedent of the runoff election.

only ministers (and higher ranks) are sent the .sav file. common citizens don't get to see it.

why is there so much empty space in the index? takes marginally longer to scroll through it than it otherwise would.

for reference purposes, some designer's notes on the flag of old (iirc i haven't mentioned my reasoning behind the design). taking the EU flag as a basis as i liked the colors and the stars, i inserted the "A" and fiddled with the stars. i left 9 stars on the flag to designate the 9 major subsections (Civ3, MOO, Civ2, CtP2, SMAC, CtP, Hosted Sites, Alt Civ/Other Games, and Miscellaneous) of the Apolyton forums (BHG was a subforum in the alt civ/other games forum at the time).
