Remember, it is difficult for people to do these jobs, particularly later in a game. Combining them is not always the best option.

I do believe that it might be a good idea to combine the ministry of War and Foreign Affairs into a new ministry, but I believe for the time being the IE minister and City Planner's jobs should remain what they are.

I think foreign and war should stay appart...yes the jobs have some overlap but war ministry sometimes has overlap with science or cityplanning(cfr gunpowder issue)...but these are only requests one minister can make to an other.

About the expansion minister in the index, IMHO it should be the job of the combined defence and foreign minister.

What I was trying to say is that imo exploration should be the responsibility of the Foreign and Defence ministers.

The entire history of the first game has no been added. i guess my next project will be writing up how we went about solving the election mess we're in right now
