Attacking Philly and Thebes looks like the best option for a large strike. however i would definately include memphis in any plans i had. Five cities will allow us to rebuild and enlarge our military forces, which we will definately need for defenses. By takeing memphis we will minimize our voulnerabilities (sp?) and will be able to defend easily with fewer placed units.
1. North of memphis between Memphis and the americans.(fort allready built and not likely to be occupied.
2. West of alexandria on that small parcel of land.
3. Thebes. For all we know Thebes is the gateway to those other egyption cities and they could try to raise a force to re-enslave the population. Judging by the size of memphis i would say that it is not the first city egypt built and there is enough undiscovered land for two cities to be hiding in to the south.
Attacking Thebes individually only leaves that city very voulnerable and it is possible that The americans would strike out as us a response.
Attacking Philly indivudually, however could be done easily and the peninsula could be better defended. It is also in disorder according to H Tower's pics, so it may be easier to take while the AI is deverted to makeing citizens happy.
