Any unit in a disbanded city will be lost. While a Warrior is not much of a loss, there are two ways (at least) to get some value for it. First, it can be rehomed (if it does not cause city revolt) by means of the Trireme. Second, it can be disbanded to contribute 5 shields to the new Settler unit, which should be timed to complete it.

In either case, the relocation will be well worth the effort.

I would have thought that the re-location of cities would be under my purview. However, I will not contest this issue, as I agree with both moves.

My apologies Minister of Expansion. Once the cities were established, I thought they were more influenced by their production.

Once they are rebuilt, perhaps we should order them to construct barracks and elephants to crush the Puny Babylonians once and for all!!!

Then we will have even more bananas and will be well on our way to cornering the banana market.

==> Brandenburg will be relocated as soon as possible(the warrior will help producing the settler.
==>Dortmund will have to wait until the trireme is relocated, warrior will have same goal as the one in Brandenburg.

Yes, use one warrior in each to help build the settlers. With 10 shields remaining, disband the warrior and rushbuild for just 11 gold!

Actually, scratch my vote against relocating Dortmund. I'm in favor of relocating both one tile to the northwest.

Why must all the advanced tribes be located in the most inconvenient locations?
oh god how did this get here I am not good with livejournal

I notice that the two cities have exactly the same relative positions to their surrounding resources, so I'm guessing that the game's default random seed always puts the goody huts in this relative position. If that's right, it means that there will always be one resource in the city radius and two frustratingly just outside of an advanced-tribe city.

Hywel Dda, you are right. No advanced tribe will ever appear in the center of the 4-special pattern. The simple reason is that a hut will never appear on that tile.

These whales aren't going to be hurt are they? Just sufficient culling to provide whale fat for lamps and fuel. Whale meat is unnecessary, we have supplies of domestic animals.
