  • should the cabinet be allowed to have the game?

The bigger our empire gets the harder it becomes to give a decent review of it,so all members of the cabinet get optimum info.
This is why I suggest to make the game dl for the cabinetmembers so they can go and look for the specifics they need.(no playing is allowed, look but don't touch)
It could get posted at the end of the president's "news of the world" in a passworded zip.(only the cabinet gets the pasword and each new cabinet, uses a new password.Passwords are send by mail/pm to the cabinetmembers)

Since I'm not the only one who can decide about such a thing there is a poll with simple answers 'YES/NO'

this poll is important for our democracy so it will be for 3 days and there has to be a 60% majority and at least 15 votes.

So everyone please vote and let our reign be better to everyone.

    YES
    78.95%
    15
    NO
    21.05%

    The poll is expired.

I think we should trust our cabinet, it is made of strong wood.

Ask and I'll give it my best shot at responding as clear as possible.

i don´t know what to say....
Oh before I forget it is certainly not the goal to cut back on the president's job(posting the screenshots and giving a global view of our empire each ???turns). It's just to make it possible for the cabinet to get all the info they need fast and complete.
I know some jobs will not need this(or not as much as other jobs wich entirely depend on a thourough knowledge of the map, troopplacement, cityplacement, cityproduction,or what wich cities already have build...)

And any form off abuse gets you kicked out of the council,I'd say.(or there may be a poll to ask the ppl what to do)

The main goal is beter information to the ppl who really need it.

Additionally, I think that when (if?) we eventually expand enough to have province governors, they may need to be included in the list.

            Great point, Marquis.

I say, let the ministers who want it, have it. Let the Pres decide on -- and document -- rules of conduct for those with such sensitive info, and penalties for any abuse. (Since shade is clearly positioning himself for a run at the presidency )

There have to be penalties for abuse...I would even go for very severe penalties:
from getting kicked out current cabinet to never beeing allowd to run for cabinet again.

(Since shade is clearly positioning himself for a run at the presidency )
that thought has crossed my mind already a few times.
maybe next run, have quite some time in april...but after that ...school+exams will take so much time

Ok voting is over(and we just made it=> at least 15 voters were asked => we got 16,phew...although it makes me sad that not even 40% of our citizens voted and they had 3days)

                ==>voting came out 75% yes(got over the 60% rate I asked for)
====>so from now on our cabinet should get acces to the world save.

Getting to d/l the zip of the save decreases the amount of communication between the President and the Ministers needed. Now, I don't have to scour through lists of tech advances and alike to establish polls on build orders and infrastructure, now I can simply access the save.

                  So YEA from me.
