Hm, I don't quite understand this thing about PMs, Uber. Would you care to clarify it for me, please?
I watched you fall. I think I pushed.

Popularity poll? I don't think being a good mod/admin and being a popular one are always consistent. Personally I would hope they would be mature enough to choose the former, though evidently that is not always the case.

Be gratefull for what you got here at Poly as Mods. Most forums I go to, the mods perma-ban ya as quick as look at ya.

I havn't played a Civ game for several months now, but Apolyton is the only forum that I like... that and I've been perma banned by the rest (all I did was act like I've been here since I signed up here a year ago).

Of course I'm not telling Ming to take up this tradition of perma-banning me. I do add some flavor to these threads... I think.

I drink to one other, and may that other be he, to drink to another, and may that other be me!

Hell, don't get me wrong.......I think the job done by the admins/mods is great here compared to some forums I visit........but as I said what makes a good mod may not make a popular one, that was my point.

            Actually, this one is impossible.

Markos - love him for having the site up, his jokes and him being a techie.

Dan - for having the site up, and for being an excellent man to work with.

Ming - for being the best mod I've seen and also just a nice guy.

Locutus - for all the effort he puts into CtP and his hard work, and being a nerd .

Vel - he's the best player I know. He keeps writing strategy articles all the time.

All the others deserve great words too, so I can't vote. I can't .

I agree with Solver about all the comments he mention. I'd prefer to say that all moderators and staff members should be given a badge for their work (I abstain as it wouldn't be fair to reward your own work), but you can always improve and I hope this poll would say if you can improve or not, but in a few ways I've failed with the poll.

Right, we can all improve. Like, some of us should really do our work, others should fix other things .

Biased = correct but I stand byt my comments - By definition a popular mod is crap. Popularity contests therefore suck. Its not dfeedback its ego stroking but for the interests of peace and harmony I have no further comment.

Or you can make it as the expansion pack civs poll (with a nomber of points to assign in total)

I know I know. I wasn't being angry at you or anything.

Aftering ready your post it got me thinking of all the other MBs I've been to. If you've seen Thrawn05 in other MBs then it's a good shot that's it's me... or was.

If you're using that as a criterion, then this definitely should have been a multi-choice poll.
