      • Is this the worst thread in the history of the universe?

Shall we make a poll to decide?

          • Oh, and about the poll in general:

A mod starting a mod pop poll? How much more pathetic can you get. . . .

            • Aaglo,

the first moderator popularity poll was in August and I wasn't a moderator at the time being. I stated in the first post why I decided to start the thread, even if some find it controversial that a moderator starts a poll. It's a continuation to the previous poll.

How much more pathetic can you get. . . .

Twins don't retain the same weight, necessarily. It's not like they are symbiants.

                • Are we allowed to make a least-popular mod poll?

                  ...

but we already know who'd win that, don't we?

                  • Is it a multiple option poll?

                      • You missed the Zap Brannigan quotation.

We know nothing about their language, their history or what they look like. But we can assume this: they stand for everything we don't stand for. Also, they told me you guys look like dorks.

I do agree with Jay Bee that this poll is inconsistent with our other policies and should be deleted. However, I am going to play along with the general spirit for the moment.

Skeptics should forego any thought of convincing the unconvinced that we hold the torch of truth illuminating the darkness. A more modest, realistic, and achievable goal is to encourage the idea that one may be mistaken. Doubt is humbling and constructive; it leads to rational thought in weighing alternatives and fully reexamining options, and it opens unlimited vistas.
