Under my settings page 5 just started with DrSpike's
"For anyone that's interested there are no accounts of Ricardo being a cross-dresser"
post.
His post was smaller, so the gap between avatars is less, hence more midget like. One day Canada will rule the world, and then we'll all be sorry.

Thanks much for the step by step.
I know the white background did not look nice, but I wanted a planet image with tranparent backgrounds.
I had hoped the microimages would be better. Oh well, work with what you have.
Now I will try taking the 2 blue planets, Jupiter, and a small browm planet and save as separate images and see if I can combine, i.e., layer they with some other images to create a new composite image.
Again, I really appreciate you taking a look at this for me.

I sharpened the image (Effects -> Sharpen)
I selected the background with the wand tool, using a tolerance of 10 and a feather of 1. This should select all the various shades of black and the feathering helps make the boundaries between the planets/backgrounds not so sharp. I deleted the black, while having a grey color selected as the background. This replaces the black with a gray bg which helps it to blend in on the default style.
How set tolerance and feather values?
How delete the black background?
thanks again

In paintshop Pro, you can set the feather/tolerance values in the Tool Options box. Select the magic wand tool, and then check in the Tool Options window. To delete the black bg, when it is selected, just pres delete to replace it with a blank transparent bg.
