and in case you havent noticed, the mods here are VOLUNTEERS. i'd like see some effort in giving them less work, like for example not making them try to moderate in languages they dont know

You can make it less work for them by not making them have to moderate those threads

there's a BIG BIG BIG difference between being banned for 'something' or misbehaving.

I think most dutch posters in here are very mature.

Only in your opinion is there a difference. People get banned for misbehaving, and just about EVERY OTF Dutch poster has been banned in the past for some infraction...
And as far as being mature... that is also just your opinion
