The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

Read my last post Markos. Just wonder how it should me give java error messages if Opera does not have java. (Shure there is also a version witout java IIRC.)
You are right. To be precise I got JavaScript error messages.

Rechecked and the same problem is there, java is enabled, java script is enabled and java script error messages are enabled and I use the option pretend as Opera. Still the same picture.
- complete user integration with Apolyton user accounts database
- no issue with user names with apostrophes
- vbcode and smilies
- automated archive
- admins, moderators, "celebrities" and... lurkers indentification
- ban, unban and auto-unban from chat features
- /pm command opens pm window
It seems you did something, but still a blank screen, but now I get two errors, with javascript in Opera 6.04:
Error:
name: TypeError
message: Value on left hand side of '.' is not convertible to Object: window.parent.frames["chat"]
Syntax error while loading (line 0)

But another question will it be compartible with Netscape 4.78. So far I have just an empty page without the chat window in Netscape 4.78.
And again another question, if you still plan to allow to read the chat for non logged in members or for guest then it would be helpful if there would be a quick log in form on the chat page, two.
By the way the quick regristration form screw up the whole page on Netscape 4.78.
Hmm, currently the chat display doesn't say who's in the room, although the most recently posted IM is still showing up. ('Course, avatars and pictures aren't displaying either, so no telling if the chat is really screwed up or if the server is hiccupping.)
<p style="font-size:1024px">HTML is disabled in signatures </p>
the problem is that Settler is very heavily loaded right now. Markos had to disable avatars in order to ease the load. I hope we're back to normal tomorrow.

OK finally I found me on the user list of the chat room, afterwards I enabled cookies in my profile. Would it be at least possible to set in the profile cookies just for the chat room if it is impossible to keep me logged in in the chat room without cookies.
Another problem is with non standart letters like German umlaute (Ü,Ö,Ä,ü,ö,ä). I have one in my name. My name is displayed correctly on the user list of the chat but if I click on that it inserts this one: Martin GÃŒhmann
