My sig was 5 lines for me as well with 1024*768, but I shortened it since.

Mine just fits at 1152*864 and thats good enough for me. Would it help if I got rid of the "Firaxis" bit?

No. It has two words on the third line.

It doesn't bother me, my sig is four lines long. Shorterning it to two lines would lose the pentameters.
