Well, I think the camping idea is good, because most North Americans can drive, and camping costs aren't too bad - only other costs would be food and beer.

As for Europeans, it's possible to find flights that aren't too bad...even though there are more of y'all, Europe is more expensive, especially in terms of hotels and such.

Camping isn´t particulary expensive in Europe either... I checked for flights to Vegas, but the cheapest I could find was 7.500 SEK I have to save money for like a year to get there, it just won´t happen

in Europe the best and high value low cost country is Greece , .....

the cost of staying is low , so is the food , ....

also , there are some places in Greece we could have spare sleeping places , ........

The very thought of getting some "action" in Greece boogles the mind, although there'd probably be a couple of gentlemen over in OT who'd be very interested indeed

No, seriously, Greece is a nice choise, but all us Europeans should try to have it in the states - that's simply a better vaction. Is there aynbody in Western Europe who hasen't been to Greece a lot of times, after all?

I do my humble best to promote national stereotypes whenever I can. After all, unless we keep that up, eventually we'll end up like the yankee boys - inventing phony lists of distinctive traits (witness the thread about Texans over in OT) just to cover up for the fact that they've turned an entire continent to a boring repetition of McD's, K-Marts and Interstate Highways with huge frickin' neon signs advertizing Coca-Cola.

Let's embrace our differences here in Europe at least, while we still got'em. Vive la difference!

As to the location in the States, why shouldn't we go for Vegas? The place was made for people to spend a couple of mindless days away pursuing cheap pleasures. Sound like a great fit for the Apolyton cross-section, doesn't it?

And as long as we manage to miss the Geekends - when they fly in the whole darn load of undersexed nerds out of Silicon Vally - there should be plenty of action to be had. Regardless of which sort of action that strikes your fancy.

Me, I'd settle for robbin' the living daylights out of GP at the poker table, mess around with a seniorita or two and see Vel demonstrate his new game. Bliss!
