Nice job! I especially take pride in this, because I never asked a single one of my threads to be archived (that is how "YYYH and Imran's Excellent Adventure" became 'lost').
“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

I had no idea that my DL's had that many topics in the archives. Intresting... Now I'll have to go find out what they are.

As GP mentioned, I ask for threads to be archived. Archived threads are not a measure of popularity, as Ming said. For me, I asked for them to be archived because I've really enjoyed the discussions, but that pales compared to that are the archived words of the people we don't get to see. I really enjoy the people in these archived threads.
You won't be able to hear from OhWell, or Geronimo, or many others in the OT anymore. If you want to see their words, enjoy these old friends, you have to go to the archives. I'm so glad I asked for the discussions to be archived, because I also have stored a shared memory of some great old friends we don't see anymore.

I see that as a good thing for everyone, not a personal gain or showing off.

Enjoy the archives, don't compete about em!

I've only ever asked two of my threads to be archived.

Anyway, Ming, could you please archive Big Dave's "How To Be A Good Democrat" thread? I might need it for reference material as concerning my retort "How To Be A Good Republican."
"Spirit merges with matter to sanctify the universe. Matter transcends to return to spirit. The interchangeability of matter and spirit means the starlit magic of the outermost life of our universe becomes the soul-light magic of the innermost life of our self." - Dennis Kucinich, candidate for the U. S. presidency
"That’s the future of the Democratic Party: providing Republicans with a number of cute (but not that bright) comfort women." - Adam Yoshida, Canada's gift to the world

Stefu, while I have certainly asked for more than 2 threads to be archived, my name appears 1st on axi's list...
