I find it interesting that you would like to put guidlines on conversation.
I deal with a range of clients, providers and customers on most days, and at a variety of hours.
Many times throughout the conversations only one or two words are used to make a point, or answer a question. Never mind that a fair amount of the time a facial or hand expression can quite clearly make the point.
I understand that you may have ideas / frustrations that people here are wasting valuable time and space. Well Dissident, it is there time, and as to the space, well really there is a lot of space available for bulleting boards. (And the management of this BB have clearly shown over the years that they are good managers of space)
