Nope! If you refer to an Apolyton forum, I know there was (is?) a poster with a handle similar to mine (I think the handle is Carolus_Rex or something like that)... Maybe he/she did it...

But there is only one real Carolus Rex at Apolyton... And that's me! And since Apolyton is the only Internet community I'm active in (in case you refer to another site), the answer is no.

I'm not a complete idiot: some parts are still missing.

Oh! At the forums of Paradox Entertainment (the ones with EU1/2, HoI etc.) there is a Carolus Rex that has a position something along the lines of Ming(althought he is a bit more......spammy). I thought he was the same person as you?

              Nope!

But you're not the first one who confuses us... I sure hope he's not a maniac!

              You mean he's a moderator?

                    I. Your Apolyton alter ego and your real life

Is it important to you to be noticed at the forums? That someone replies to your posts, read your threads? In short, to be "somebody"?
                    No.

If you feel neglected at Apolyton, does this influence your real life? For example, if you feel attacked by another poster, does this make you sad in real life or you don't care? Similarly, if you feel that someone (who you've never met!) likes you, does it make you feel good IRL?
Sometimes I'm pissed and this surely reflects on my RL environment. But this hardly lasts long.

                    II. Apolyton for Apolyton's sake

Is your Apolyton alias something you treasure? Do you want to be respected by other Apolytoners or are you just out to wreak havoc in the fora?

Do your posts reflect a desire to be liked or do you want to drive people nuts? In short, do you have a purpose with your Apolyton identity, are you creating a "brand name"?
Neither of it. I'm here to play games. If I cease to play the games this site covers, I will go somewhere else.

III. Your Apolyton identity and yourself

Does it reflect who you really are or are you just living out dark sides of your personality that you'd never show in real life? For example, extremely timid and nice boy named Sean uses MalevolantLight to get those scary EyesofNight...
It pretty much reflects who I am.

Yes, he's a moderator. So I guess it's little chance that he gets any PCR's. He is more post rich than you btw; more than 10.000 posts since he registered Christmas Eve 2000(why on Earth would anyone registrer at that date, yet alone have time to be on the net? )

Poly is a place to laugh and piss about. In real life I am sombre and an accountant.

And yet, despite my low post count, Theben ceaselessly accuses me of spamming...

Edited: Theben spells his name with a capital T. Yes, I know, I'm deranged...
