Given that fact, no upgrade is likely untill MarkG has more time on his hands. What ever it is that he is doing.

He is in the army on military service. They tend to be strict about not letting him spend all his time working on Apolyton.

In the army, eh? Maybe they made him cut his long hair

Many (including GP!) have already made that joke.

That must be the only thing GP and I have in common.

But even if Markos had quite a lot of free time, it is no exaggeration to say that an upgrade would be a very daunting and time-consuming prospect. 2.3.2 would have to have significant advantages for Markos to even consider a move to it (and having to port every customisation to the new software).

Didn't we have an upgrade once before. I seem to remember something about it. But maybe I'm wrong.

Ok, weigh that up against the security exploits with this version of vb2.
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish, and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and goodwill, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down on thee with great vengence and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers, and you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengence upon thee.

Considering the hundreds of hours put into all this stuff... I don't see it getting erased for an upgrade.

The memory upgrade is, at last, complete. The "Search" function should be re-enabled sometime this evening, ~24 hours after the memory upgrade was finished, barring any further extended downtimes.

                        Woohoo!

Hopefully we can look forward to uninterrupted 'Poly uptime today.

So we need to wait about another 12 hours then everything would be ok?

And does this mean the Poly downtime would be a thing of the past? Lately the downtime became much more unbearable for me.
