  • The little thought provoking messages after you post

Yeah, is there a database or something I can look at to read these messages? I saw one involving Pink Floyd and I'd like to read it again if possible.

    Already asked.

We should make a contest out of guessing the next time it will be asked.

There is another thread still on the first page dealing with this question...

EDIT: And damn, two minutes too slow.

That just means you should look outside of OT more often. OT is not the entire world.

Actually, we should make a contest of when it'll be answered.

None of the threads mention have an answer to the question

Haha! I found another thread on this topic!

In this thread IW gives a link to the fortune quote database. I've read through a couple of the files and one of them has a quote from Slowwhand so I assume it includes the quotes added by Apolytoners.

Direct link to the zip file IW linked to.

I don't know where that came from.
But how, pray tell, did a post of mine come to rest in this thread if I never looked outside the OT?

Somebody actually accusing Skanky of not posting enough outside off-topic?
He's one of the most equal of equal-opportunity spammers IMHO.

Maybe he posted it thinking he was logged is as his original login. This could provide a big DL clue. Think, Skanky, think.

I am not that disorganized online. I post in three different forums, each one with a different name(only one per forum), and I never refer to myself with the wrong name. I also have a good memory of nearly everything I say, so, no, I would not post something with one login and think I was posting with the other even if I was foolish evough to get another login here.

I'm drawing a blank, unless BC likes polar-opposites for DLs.

                        Tis humorous though.

EDIT: Dammit, stop posting just before I do!

                              Talk about getting threadjacked...

                              anyway

Yes I saw the other threads, but both of them were asking where the quotes come from. I could care less where they come from, I just want to read over them until I find the one I'm looking for. The only way I can think of accomplishing this (besides hoping some helpful person will reply to this thread) is by spamming until I see the message again. Unfortunately, I don't believe the mods would take too kindly to that.
