Is it possible to receive updated to a =Forum= ?

I've cut back hugely on the e-mail apolyton sends me. I never subscribe to threads anymore. I use the "reply to everything and use My Threads" approach that Ixnay mentioned.

And I mean the My Threads you get to from the front page, which is far superior to the link on the forum page that the n00bs use.
