I checked the game & all factions are on Librarian except SMH's Consciousness, which is on Transcend. Any other aberrations you found are figments of your imagination!

FV1 has been sent to FlameFlash. Map was tweaked a little & starting positions may have changed, otherwise everything is the same. I played 10 turns & couldn't find any problems.

I will work on FV2 this weekend, I want to try a few things. I will go off the faction choices you listed in the beginning so if you want that changed, email me ASAP.

hobbes, did you check to make sure all the se switches for each faction cost 40 ecs? if so, then i think and hope that this is our last restart.
