I've played the turn, unfortunately, there is one more problem to report. all my social engineering is at 0. Meaning, my Cyborgs don't get the +2research and efficiency, etc.

On a smaller note, my energy allocation settings were at 100% econ and 0% labs, but that can be easily fixed by changing it to 50/50 by yourself. So I suggest you remember that for next time.
