Do either of you have a copy of the rules we agreed to play by in this game? I have a little note for quick reference since my games differ on what is or is not allowed, but I had yet to fill it in for this game. Really the only issues I wonder about are
1. Stockpile energy (IIRC we said not to use it)
2. Design workshop upgrades (anytime or just for units after use)
3. Use of the demand withdrawal feature--

I imagine it was:
1. Stockpile energy - not to use after units
2. Design workshop upgrades - not before moving units upgraded
3. Demand withdrawal feature - not to use on human players
but if we want to change any of that, I'm open to discussion.
I think we also agreed that there was a Special User Tax on Free market factions and Probe operators, administered by the United Planet faction.
(Somewhere along the line, the date on the files got advanced to 2122 instead of 2121 - someone was - I fixed it in the files I sent on, but one or both of you may think you've got duplicate files when you get the next turn if you don't look closely enough.)
