it's because we all started at 0's for our SE stuff like i explained earlier. meaning i don't have -2 research, or +2 support, or +1 probe, and the gaians don't have +1 planet, +2 effic, or -1 morale, etc.

If my pop was coming from lots of little bases as I imagine all yours are as opposed to a small cluster of larger bases. There's not enough there to build up a tech speed anything like I'm used to, even with FM/Wealth.Veni Vidi Castravi IllegitimosComment

That's why you build lots of bases with the UofP, so you can take advantage of the free nodes.
