To all: advice please. I can see the two AI in my communication channel and have a diplomatic status with them. However I am not sure whether psybermagus met either or both in the game, he didn't say. Maybe he didn't need to say. Can I assume because they appear there and have a stance that some contact and communication has taken place previously.
