Misotu engineers completed the Refinery and the Nanofactory this year. I seem to be being ambushed all over by IoDs ... and no more artifacts

My thoughts exactly Misotu engineers built the Universal translator. The leadership is rumoured to be considering the execution of Research Secretary. The flawed decision to build both major research SPs in a single base is very much *not* appreciated ... 2200 off to Paul.
