I've resent to both addresses from both hotmail and usa.com ... don't know if you've been emailing resend requests, but I haven't received anything from you so I guess it could be hotmail that's the problem. If you receive this turn OK, try sending my next turn to both hotmail and misotu@usa.com if you don't mind ...
