Damn three Midworms attacked my coastal base. I've lost the garrison, don't know if it will survive

Yes, I've been having a lot of problems with native life over the last three turns. Two IoDs have dropped worms off by my bases in the last 2 turns, and I've lost a couple of units so far to surprise attacks.
